Branch meetings

The Greater Hartford Branch of the NAACP holds its regular membership meeting on the first Tuesday of every month from 7–9 PM at the North End Senior Citizens's Center, 80 Coventry Street in Hartford. The general public is welcome.

The Branch's Executive Committee meets on the third Monday of each month from 7–9 PM at the Union Baptist Church meeting room, 1921 Main Street in Hartford. All NAACP members are encouraged to attend.

Once or twice a year meetings are postponed or cancelled because of inclement weather or conflicting obligations. In such cases, notice of any rescheduling or cancellations will be posted on this website in the Calendar section. Any special features associated with a coming meeting will also be mentioned in that section.

An agenda is distributed at each General Membership and Executive Committee meeting. Here is an outline of the agenda used at these meetings.

Every effort is made to start and end meetings exactly on the hour. Please try to be punctual.
